If you request services to begin during the cancellation period, you will be required to pay for the portion of services already provided.
Important exceptions:
- Online courses: Refunds are not available after the first lesson is marked as completed.
- Course bundles: Packages like the Nail Technician bundle are non-refundable once purchased.
